Services offered include; Training Coaching Consulting Mentoring Payment and Delivery of Services Payment and Delivery will be made through the New Zenler/MemberVault learning platform, which integrates with Stripe for payment processing.
It is assumed that by purchasing a service, you are a business.
Duration of ‘Services’ is set out in New Zenler at the point of purchase.
Fee of “Services’ is set out in New Zenler at the point of purchase.
Client Obligations To make payment prior to the delivery dates of services utilised.
To commit to the actions agreed, ensuring the best opportunity for return on investment.
To respect time, and avoid cancelling appointments prior to 48hrs before the agreed date.
To give 28 days notice of a request to cancel or terminate services.
Her Infinite Abundance Ltd Obligations To treat you, the client, with confidentiality and sensitivity.
To deliver ‘Services’ (as detailed above) to the highest standard.
To respect time - cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice are replaced at our discretion.
To maintain the highest levels of learning and self-development.
To give 28 days notice of a request to cancel or terminate services.
To abide by the terms set out in our professional insurance. To abide by the company data and privacy policy.
